Cancellation policy

• More than 48 hours before the workshop: 100% refund.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before the workshop: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the workshop: no refund.

At exactly 48 hours, the 50% refund applies. At exactly 24 hours, no refund applies. All deadlines are calculated from the scheduled workshop start time in Europe/Vienna.

How to request a cancellation

Email bonjukstudio@gmail.com with your booking reference. The organiser reviews cancellation requests and manually approves and processes eligible refunds through Stripe. Refunds are not issued automatically.

Draft policy: final wording must be reviewed for compliance with Austrian and EU consumer law before bookings open. This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
